1 part lemon balm
1 part fennel
For both recipes, cover the herbs with equal parts raw honey and apple cider vinegar, place in a clean glass jar, label with ingredients and date, and store in a cool, dark place. Shake gently every few days and strain after 4–6 weeks.
How to Use Oxymels with Children
Gentle Use Guidelines
Ages 2–5: ¼–½ teaspoon, 1–3 times daily
Ages 6–12: ½–1 teaspoon, 1–3 times daily
Ages 12+: 1–2 teaspoons, 1–3 times daily
