BOTANICAL INGREDIENTS: Fresh Milky Oat seed, Fresh Skullcap herb, Fresh Wild Lettuce herb, Fresh Passionflower herb, Fresh Lemon Balm herb, Fresh Valerian root, Fresh Catnip herb, Fresh Black Cohosh root, Fresh Lobelia herb in seed
OTHER INGREDIENTS: Organic Grain and/or Cane Alcohol, Purified Water, Vegetable Glycerin, and Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.
SUGGESTED USE: 1-2 droppers with water, 2-4 times daily, or 1/2 hour-1 hour before bedtime, or as needed. Store in a cool dry place. Shake well before use.
