In this class we will explore the Rosemary for its traditional medicinal properties. Our approach to herbalism allows students to experience herbs, and not just hear about them.
Each student will have the opportunity to fill out an age-appropriate herbal monograph that they can compile to create a start to their own herbal resource, called a Materia Medica used by professional herbalist. As with all of our herbalism classes for homeschoolers we will have a hands-on project. Our academic, hands-on herbalism homeschool classes have been a student favorite of all ages. We choose child friendly herbs when determining our class line up. Class order or herb is determined by availability of herbs in our gardens and/or from our trusted sources and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Register for any or all classes for our fall semester! You may register multiple children on one registration form and at one check out, but you will have to fill out a short registration form for each of the individual class dates.
