This class has three parts. Oats as food, Oat Straw and Milky Oats. It was a little longer than our usual gathering, but it was received. The slide deck template will have all slides in order in one deck, but the outlines are separate downloads that were handed out in between each section. While I do not always have products that correlate this gathering, I had milky oat extracts for sale and offered all participants a reduced rate on 1-pound oat straw pre-orders. After they paid for the Oat Straw, I placed a bulk order, and they picked up later at their convenience. These all sold very well. I ordered the bulk herbs from Wholesale Frontier Co-op.
