Oats are often overlooked these days, especially with all the talk about avoiding grains. But the truth is, oats are one of the most nourishing foods God has given us. And what makes them even more incredible is that they aren’t just valuable in the kitchen—they’re also a powerful ally in herbal medicine.

In this series, we’ll walk through oats in three forms: as a nutrient-rich food, as oatstraw for nourishing infusions, and as milky oats, which help restore and support the nervous system. By the end, I think you’ll see why I say oats deserve a place in both your pantry and your apothecary.

This class has three parts. Oats as food, Oat Straw and Milky Oats. It was a little longer than our usual gathering, but it was well received. The individual slide decks are with each video but I also included the full slide deck as well if you choose to present it all in one class as I did. While I do not always have products that correlate this gathering, I had milky oat extracts for sale and offered all participants a reduced rate on 1-pound oat straw pre-orders.
